Two friends with an Idea.
KB Connects started from a frustration we experienced ourselves. Time and time again, we found ourselves calling businesses only to be put on hold, transferred between departments, given inconsistent information, or left waiting for callbacks that never came. Something as simple as getting a quick, accurate answer often felt far more complicated than it should have been.
That experience led us to ask a simple question: what if every caller could get exactly what they needed on the first call, in under a minute? No hold music. No runaround. No uncertainty.

KB Connects was founded by two friends, Noah Benlolo and Sam Stokar, who saw a problem that businesses face every day: missed calls, unanswered questions, and lost opportunities. We noticed that many business owners spend countless hours trying to manage customer communication while also running their companies — often leading to missed leads and unnecessary stress.
We believed there had to be a better way.
With a shared passion for helping businesses grow, we set out to make advanced AI technology accessible to companies of all sizes. Our goal was simple: create intelligent voice assistants that can answer calls instantly, book appointments in real time, follow up with potential customers, and provide accurate information around the clock.
